Pleiades Design Standard Configuration Information

Below are general examples of the settings needed to connect to your PDIHS services, including E-mail, SMTP (Sending Mail) and FTP.

Accessing Mail via IMAP/POP3

  • server: mail.pleiadesdesign.com or mail.pdihs.com
  • username: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • password: your-password

Sending Mail via SMTP (Authenticated) - Note: You should always use your internet providers mail servers where possible before attempting to use ours. Contact your provider for more information.

  • server: relay.pleiadesdesign.com or relay.pdihs.com
  • username: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • password: your-password

Uploading Files via FTP

  • server: ftp.yourdomain.com or ftp.pleiadesdesign.com or ftp.pdihs.com
  • username: your-provided-account
  • password: your-password
