Effective immediately, e-mail and all other systems have been switched to the production hosting server.  This change should be completely transparent and you should not need to change any of your settings.  Any mail that arrives at the temporary server will be replicated on regular basis to the production system ensuring no mail will be lost in the transfer.

Additionally, please use the information below to upload files to the server.  Currently using www.yourdomain.com will not allow FTP since we are now load balancing.

Accessing Mail via IMAP/POP3

• server: mail.pleiadesdesign.com or mail.pdihs.com
• username: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• password: your-password

Sending Mail via SMTP (Authenticated)

• server: relay.pleiadesdesign.com or relay.pdihs.com
• username: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• password: your-password

Uploading Files via FTP

• server: ftp.yourdomain.com or ftp.pleiadesdesign.com or ftp.pdihs.com
• username: your-provided-account
• password: your-password
