Since 2006, we have specialized in providing tailored hosting services to meet the needs of our customers on an individual basis. You can expect personalized service and real world recommendations. We strive to treat each hosting situation as though it was our very own website. We strive for a 100% uptime but expect no less than 99%, not only do we have a vested intrest in keeping our systems in optimum operating capacity because of our customers sites but our sites and services are hosted on the very same systems. This means that should a problem arise, you can expect prompt troubleshooting and incident response.

Our systems are located in a state-of-the-art datacenter providing top of the line network connectivity, security and power stability required for any serious operation. All entry to the systems are secured by heavy locked limited access doors, several cameras and biometric scanners. In addition to this high level of security a data center staff member is also equipped with a firearm for additional saftey.

Power is provided to the facility by Kansas City Power & Light via three separate, redundant feeds. These feeds operate in a parallel configuration to provide the best power capacity and redudancy. In addition to these feeds the datacenter is also equipped with a full UPS system which provides battery power in the event of a power grid malfunction. In the event of a sustained power outage there is also a Deisel generator which will automatically activate and ensure the facility remains in operation whatever the situation.

Network bandwith for the facility is fed by three fiber providers in a redundant configuration providing excellent bandwidth availability for whatever hosting need might be encountered. These providers connect to high-end reliable Foundry routers and switches. The three fiber providers are Level 3 Communications, Cogent Communications and American Fiber Systems. In addition to these three high end providers, we also sit on the Kansas City Internet Exchange which provides extremely high speed communications between other companies on the exchange. This feature is an extra perk for any of our customers communicating with other providers or systems on the exchange.
